Q: How do I share my existing books into BookkeeperLive?

A: Send your bookkeeper your most up-to-date balance sheet and income statement, and you’re all done. If you have further questions, your bookkeeper will help you with everything you need to get started.


Q: How can I contact my bookkeeper?

A: Your bookkeeper will provide you with all relevant contact information during on-boarding. They will be available to provide support from 8am-5pm EST each day.


Q: What accounting service does BookkeeperLive use to manage my books?

A: We use Quickbooks, Freshbooks and/or Xero for all bookkeeping. It’s easy to use and makes tax work a cinch.


Q: What 3rd party services is BookkeeperLive compatible with?

A: We work well with all payment solutions & payment processors, including Stripe, Square, Braintree, Shopify, PayPal and more. Your bookkeeper will provide specific instructions for exporting payout reports.


Q: Can I cancel my bookkeeping at any time?

A: Yes, absolutely. We never lock you in to our service, and we make sure it’s easy to get your data from BookkeeperLive should you ever decide to leave.
